WHO AND THAT
"Who" is a form of "who", a pronoun which is often translated as "quién". "That" is a conjunction that can be translated as "que".

- The book which I read last week is very interesting.
- The cat, which is very friendly, is called Tom.
- Who (who, who, what): is used when we refer to someone. Lonely people, not things.
I am a person who teaches English.
- Whom (to whom, to whom, to whom): used only with people. It is more formal than who but we use it less.
The boy that was at the party is whom I met last week.
The guy who was at the party is who I met last week.
